Joelma is a born leader. A defender for the "100% Feminino" football team, the game runs deep in her family as evidenced by her cleats sharing space with her dress shoes. During the construction of the 18th love.fútbol project, in Massangana (Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Brazil), Joelma played a central role in the building and reconstruction of the field.
